In fact you have.
Long ago,
with adornments
pronouncing validity
and verities
unearned.
Don’t let the title fool you. This one is not so deep. I was being a tad fussy in the body of poem, but the title rolled off my tongue so I slapped it on there. You tend to have good inclinations and, at the very least, very plausible interpretations. Let’s call this one good fun for now 😉
I thought at first it’s something relating to a perfection of some kind. Under a pressure one can alter completely or partially on the surface and shape but retain control over the inner entrails; morphing without morphing. I sound complicated now, probably.
Then you have to refer to Aristotle 350 B.C.E – “Acts of recollection, as they occur in experience, are due to the fact that one movement has by nature another that succeeds it in regular order.”
Sounds extraordinarily like science fiction rather than science fact, but there’s material there for an interesting piece on our collective consciousness.
I suggest there is no science fiction, it’s an interaction of heterandrous and homogeneous substances in time and space. Science is a memory of future.
Blimey, looks like I should have brought my brain to the comment forum. I just really liked it,’Adornments, pronouncing validity and verities unearned.’ Ain’t that the friggin truth.
hmmmm, I confess, you’ve left me a bit confuddled on this one. My mind is going somewhere, but its not the somewhere you intended, Im quite sure….

No, not complicated at all. I think that’s a very interesting interpretation. Thanks for sharing it.

It just proves an unknown theory about hidden and bygone memories in the cells we have.

Elaborate a little more on that…hidden memories?

There’s a lot of that adorning going on in the world…
